Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
On the 24th day of April 2002, I, Grahame David Craig, accountant of Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Value Homes Limited under
the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 20th day
of April 2000 given by the company, to act as receiver
and manager of all assets of the company.
