Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Revival Records Limited on the 3rd day of May 2002, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of February 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
