Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of May 2002, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of National Fleet & Lease Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 19th day of February 1997 granted by the company in favour of its financiers.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: Southern Cross Building Society vehicles, Southern Cross Building Society lease agreements and other assets.
