Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Gregory Paul Spicer, chartered accountant of Levin, whose offices are at 30 Queen Street, Levin, do hereby give notice that I was, on the 29th day of April 2002, appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the undertaking and goodwill of all businesses, and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid (including reserve capital), both present and future, of the above-named company.
