Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of income of certain property of the company on the 30th day of April 2002, pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage dated the 14th day of May 2001 (No. B. 840315.2 (Wellington Registry)).
The Property in Receivership is: All of the income
relating to the company's land contained in certificate
of title 27A/468 (Wellington Registry), being more particularly the "earnings" within the meaning of the above-mentioned mortgage.
