Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that we have been appointed joint
and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of National Fleet & Lease Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 18th day of October 1993.
The Property, the Subject of the Appointment, and Dates of Appointment Are as Follows: Allied vehicles and allied lease agreements (24 April 2002), Auckland vehicles and Auckland lease agreements and other assets (29 April 2002), and Ashburton vehicles and Ashburton leases and other assets (29 April 2002).
