Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of April 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all the undertakings, assets and property of Ibiza & Isobar Restaurants Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture in favour of David Hutcheson and Gerd Hutcheson.
