Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on the 22nd day of April 2002, we were appointed joint and several receivers of income of Investments Syndicates Incorporated (NZ) Limited pursuant to nine mortgages.

of title 8B/821, 8B/822, 8B/823, 8B/824, 8B/825 (Wellington Registry) and mortgage dated 31 July 2000 over certificates of title 8B/821, 8B/822, 8B/823, 8B/824, 8B/825 (Wellington Registry).
