Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of April 2002 at 11.00 a.m., Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Showcase Holdings Limited under the powers contained in debentures dated the 8th day of June 2001 and 28th day of June 2001, and registered on the 15th day of June 2001 and the 24th day of July 2001 respectively, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
