On the 11th day of April 2002, I, Graham David Craig, accountant of Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of House Removals Limited under the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 28th day
of May 1998 given by the company, to act as receiver
and manager of all assets of the company.
