Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Allied Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, on the 17th day of April 2002, appointed David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, as receivers and managers of the property of Heritage Cars Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of August 1998, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
The Receivers' and Managers' Office Address is: Care of KPMG, Fifth Floor, NZI Building, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
