Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of December 2001, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of NZ Debt Repay Limited under powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of February 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertakings, property and assets.
