Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April 2002, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed replacement receivers and managers of the property of E-Merce Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 6th day of July 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
