Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 27th day of March 2002, I, Christopher John Clark, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed by Walker's Mowaz and Chainsaws Limited, acting under powers conferred by a debenture dated the 21st day of August 2000, to act as receiver of all of the property of the above-named company.
