Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Paul Ferguson Macnicol, chartered accountant of Macnicol & Co, Packers Building, Queen Street, Wellsford, hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of March 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Kaipara Pine Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of March 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
