Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 2nd day of April 2002, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of Durham Corporate Trustees Limited, as corporate trustee for the Durham Salisbury Trust at 22 Bell Avenue, Mt Wellington, Auckland, being certificate of title 132B/639 (North Auckland Registry)
("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
