Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin F. Currie hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of March 2002, Greagh Investments Limited, of Auckland, appointed Colin F. Currie, insolvency practitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 19-296, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of April 2000.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
