Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of December 2001, he was appointed as receiver and manager by Bridgecorp Finance Limited of all of the undertakings, assets and property of
GDC Property Development Limited at Hamilton under the powers contained in a deed of debenture dated the 1st day of July 2001.
