Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 19th day of March 2002, appointed receivers of the above-named company's property, assets and undertakings.
