Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 20th day of March 2002, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of TGH Corporate Trustees Limited, as corporate trustee for the TGH Porirua Trust at 1 Walton Leigh Avenue, Porirua, Wellington, being certificate of title 45D/857 (Wellington Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
