Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of December 2001, Andrew John McKay was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Hitco Limited, under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 14th day of August 1990 given by that company and subsequently assigned.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings and assets.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
