Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 15th day of March 2002, I, Kevin Robert Smith, solicitor of Wellington, was appointed as receiver of all the property of the above-named company pursuant to a debenture dated the 22nd day of December 2000.
