Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed receiver of IDPE Holdings Limited on the 11th day of March 2002, under the terms of a debenture dated the 30th day of April 1996 issued by
the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
