Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of March 2002, Bridgecorp Finance Limited ("the lender") appointed Anthony J. McCullagh, chartered accountant, whose office is at Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Level Fourteen, The Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a certain deed
of debenture dated the 4th day of July 2000, and assigned
to the lender by virtue of a deed of assignment dated the
30th day July 2001.
The appointment is in respect of all of the undertakings and all its real and personal property, and all its assets
and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
