Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of March 2002, Exporcorp Holdings Limited, holder of a debenture dated the 10th day of December 1998 issued by the company in favour of the debenture holders, appointed me receiver of all of the undertaking, property and assets of MMSL Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the debenture.
