Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
On the 14th day of February 2002, I, Graham David Craig, accountant of Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Sky Management Holdings Limited under the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 20th day of October 1998, given by the company, to act as receiver and manager of all assets of the company.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is at: 286F Elmwood Lane, Newell Road, R.D. 3, Hamilton.
