Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of February 2002, Raymond Gordon Burgess, business consultant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all of the property of Link Distributors Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 11th day of April 2000, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
