Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, James Whitworth Russell, give notice that on the 20th day of February 2002, I was appointed receiver of all the assets and property of 15 Insoll Avenue Limited (in receivership) by Catherine P. F. Russell, pursuant to a deed of debenture dated 1 April 2000.
The receivership commenced on the 20th day of February 2002.
