Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Guy Pierce, of Christchurch, and Keith Palmer, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Nairn Industries Limited on the 17th day of December 2001 at 4.15 p.m.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
