Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of February 2002, David Kevin Ogden, of Oak Chartered Accountants, Lower Hutt, was appointed receiver of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of February 1997 in favour of Forrest Fuel Injection (1997) Limited and subsequently assigned to Fund Management Limited.
The appointment is made to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of Robert John McGregor as receiver.
