Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of February 2002 at 11.30 a.m., Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Whangarei Port Lumber Company Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the
24th day of January 2002, and registered on the 29th day of January 2002, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
