Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Barbara Pam Nowak, on the 30th day of January 2002, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers of the property of Power Corruption Control Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of May 2000, which property consists of all of the property, assets and undertakings of the company.
