Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Upton Holdings Limited be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 2002 at 1.50 p.m.
