Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 30th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nirvana Holdings Limited
be liquidated and that Peter Charleton, chartered accountant of Stratford, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of January 2002.
