Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 1st day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Palar Investment Company Limited be liquidated and that Gregory John Anderson, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of February 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
