Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the company had ceased trading and settled all subcontractors' and suppliers' accounts, McMillan
& Lockwood (Wgtn) Limited be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie, of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of January 2002 at 10.50 a.m.
