Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 25th day of January 2002 at 10.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Mushroom Developments Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten of Auckland was appointed liquidator.
