Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 17th day of January 2002 at 10.37 a.m., by order of the High Court, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Asbury Engineering Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens of Auckland were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of January 2002.
