The above-named companies passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, appointing Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of Charisma Graphics Limited on the 28th day of November 2002 at 1.45 p.m. and of QED Software Limited on the 14th day of November 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
The liquidator fixes the 17th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
