Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated the 27th day of November 2002 and timed at 3.45 p.m.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
28th day of January 2003.
