Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of November 2002, it was resolved
by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that The Kiwi Music Company Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator
for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2002 at 9.40 a.m.
