Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Brian Joseph Walshe and Richard Brian Burge were appointed joint and several liquidators of Tara Properties Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2002 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday, the 13th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
