Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 20th day of November 2002 at 11.30 a.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
