Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of November 2002 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Delphi Projects Limited be liquidated and that Robert John Knox, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator has fixed the 19th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
