Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Zerga Limited be liquidated and that Euan Lindsay Wright, chartered accountant of Ernst & Young, Wellington, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of January
2002 at 1.40 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 15th day of March 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
