Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 13th day of November 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Eastern Auto Spares (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of November 2002 at 9.00 a.m. and is a solvent liquidation.
All creditors and shareholders of the company will be fully paid.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Eastern Auto Spares (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) fix the 30th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to Gregory Victor Millar during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
