Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator of Phoneware NZ Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of September 2002 (the company name was changed to Treed Limited on the same date).
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 6th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
