Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 25th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wairakei Pharmacy Limited
be liquidated and that Ronald Lyall Bruce, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for
the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of January 2002.
