Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk and Gary Traveller, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Ataahua Small Goods Limited at 10.21 a.m. and Helm Group Limited at 10.25 a.m. by
the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 11th day of November 2002, being the date and times that the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Ataahua Small Goods Limited and Helm Group Limited, we fix the 19th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
