Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Bernard Montgomerie, of Montgomeries & Associates, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 22nd day of October 2002, by special resolution of its members under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
At a meeting of creditors held on the 6th day of November 2002, it was moved that Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson be appointed liquidators of the company in place of Bernard Montgomerie.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
